Terms of Service

These terms govern VenchLock, operated by GLOBAL VENCHAZ LTD. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, subject to mandatory local law. VenchLock offers document storage, reminders, AI explanations/retrieval, family and business workspaces, planning, emergency records and Legacy tools. Features and access depend on the plan and implemented availability; catalog descriptions are not a guarantee of bespoke Enterprise arrangements.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter the agreement. Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and use available security controls. Do not share passwords or security codes. Notify support@venchlock.com of suspected unauthorised access. Administrators’ authorised operational access is separate from paid subscription entitlement.

You retain ownership of your content. You give us the limited rights necessary to host, transmit and process it to provide requested services, including AI processing when requested. This does not transfer ownership or permit sale of your content.

Only upload or share information you have authority to use. Respect the privacy of family members, employees, beneficiaries and trusted contacts. Do not upload unlawful or malicious content, infringe rights, impersonate others, evade permissions, attack the service or attempt unauthorised access. Business organizers are responsible for assigning appropriate member permissions.

Monthly and annual prices and approved discounts come from the current catalog. Annual amounts are charged upfront; a displayed monthly equivalent is not monthly installment billing. The final amount, interval, currency and eligible provider methods are shown at checkout. Indicative conversions are not guaranteed live exchange rates. Enterprise purchases require a sales agreement via info@venchlock.com.

The implemented payment flow charges for each selected period; automatic saved-card renewal is not configured. Renew through checkout when required. Payment-method availability depends on provider configuration, merchant account, chargeable currency and applicable country coverage; selecting a country does not guarantee a method. Do not assume reminders will reach you or replace your responsibility to renew.

Paid access and receipts follow verified successful payment, not a browser redirect or pending transaction. An early verified renewal extends from the applicable paid end. Trial availability depends on account eligibility. Unrenewed paid features expire under the recorded entitlement rules; expiry does not by itself delete or release Legacy content.

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of payment from Billing. Requests require administrator review and approval. Approval alone is not completed payment-provider processing. Premium access ends when an approved refund is processed; cancellation without refund preserves Premium until the paid period ends. Legacy payments have separate entitlements and must not change vault Premium solely because Legacy ends.

See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. The seven-day in-app request window does not limit mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer-law rights. Contact support@venchlock.com if a statutory request cannot be submitted in the app.

AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. It is not legal, medical, financial, insurance or emergency advice. Verify outputs against original records and consult qualified professionals. The website assistant cannot act on your account, take payments or contact staff on your behalf. Use local emergency services for urgent danger. See the AI Disclaimer and Privacy Policy for limitations and processing.

Keep independent copies of critical records. The implemented vault relies on private storage and access controls; these terms do not promise zero-knowledge/end-to-end document encryption, uninterrupted availability or perfect security.

Family and business access depends on permissions. Private member content is not automatically organizer-accessible. Vench Legacy standalone and eligible discounted add-ons are a separate product with separate entitlements; eligibility is checked and must not be assumed from an account label.

Advanced release requires the implemented consent and verification process, including two distinct verified trusted contacts and administrator evidence review. Subscription expiry, failed payment or inactivity is not authority to release or delete information. These tools do not create a legally valid will, establish inheritance rights, replace probate or guarantee legal recognition. Obtain professional advice and keep appropriate signed original documents.

We may restrict access for material breach, unlawful use, security threats or legal obligations, subject to applicable law. You may request account closure through support. Retained billing, security, audit and backup records are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable duties.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent a limitation is legally permitted, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the preceding twelve months or USD 100; this does not override non-excludable liability.

Applicable mandatory local laws and courts remain available regardless of these terms. The company’s registration jurisdiction and any contractual governing-law selection must be confirmed; these terms do not invent a jurisdiction or require an unverified court.
