VenchLock uses AI for explanations, document analysis/retrieval, planning, preparedness and public product enquiries. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, biased or outdated. They are not legal, medical, financial, insurance, immigration or tax advice and do not replace a qualified professional or authoritative source.
2. Verify important outputs
Check summaries, dates, expiry predictions, reminders and recommendations against original records. A reminder or readiness score is not a guarantee of legal compliance, insurance cover or preparedness. Keep independent copies and calendars for critical obligations. Do not rely on AI to decide emergency treatment or urgent safety actions; contact local emergency services.
3. Information sent for processing
Requested features may send full document files, content, metadata, derived facts or conversation history through Lovable AI to downstream model providers. Processing is not a promise of zero-knowledge access or universal zero-retention. See the Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment credentials or information you are not authorised to disclose. Voice recognition may use browser/platform services.
4. Website assistant and human support
The website assistant is AI, not a staffed live support agent. It answers from public product and current catalog information and cannot inspect your account, access your vault, confirm your personal eligibility, process payments/refunds, register you, send email or open a support ticket. Payment availability is confirmed by checkout, not by a chat answer. Its conversation is saved in this browser; you may clear it.

5. Human control and Legacy
Review proposed document actions before confirming them. AI suggestions are not authority for releasing or deleting records. Advanced Vench Legacy release requires the implemented verified-contact and administrator evidence process. Neither AI output, inactivity nor subscription expiry substitutes for consent, legal authority or those safeguards. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this disclaimer.
