Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated · 17 October 2026

1. Requesting a refund

Request within seven calendar days of the payment using Billing in your account. Include the transaction and reason. The app restricts requests outside that window. Each request is reviewed by an authorised administrator and is subject to approval; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

Mandatory consumer rights may provide different or additional remedies. Contact support@venchlock.com if you cannot submit a statutory request in the app, including one outside the ordinary window.

2. Approval, processing and access

Refunds require administrator review and payment-provider processing. An approved request is not proof that money has reached you. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank; no fixed arrival time is promised. Billing records retain the decision and processing reference.

Premium access ends when an approved refund is processed, not merely when requested. Legacy refunds end the relevant separate Legacy entitlement and do not themselves grant or revoke vault Premium. Payment/refund history and required audit records remain. A refund must not automatically release or delete Legacy information.

3. Cancellation without a refund

You may cancel at any time. Without a refund, Premium access continues through the recorded paid period and then expires automatically, subject to applicable law and other valid paid coverage. The current payment system is pay-per-period, not configured automatic saved-card renewal; do not make a new renewal payment if you do not want another period. Annual monthly-equivalent displays do not turn an annual payment into installments.

4. Failed, pending and duplicate payments

A failed or pending payment must not activate paid access. If your bank shows a debit but Billing has not confirmed success, contact support@venchlock.com with the payment reference—never card details, passwords or security codes. Duplicate or incorrect charges require review. Receipts are issued after verified payment; payment redirects alone are not receipts.
